We are evolving: the 6th edition of the ‘Leading the Future: Driving our transformation’ that we have implemented since 2018 for global managers of JAS Worldwide, starts this year with its first edition in English, and participants from literally all over the planet.
It is a beautiful challenge and an honor to re-design and facilitate this great program, where through participatory and creative dynamics we analyze the most important changes in the current world of work, develop competencies required to lead in highly complex contexts, and provide the team of managers tools that allow them to lead teams more effectively.
